In open Gulf, our speedboats cruise at 20–25 knots (37–46 km/h). Maximum speeds are 30–35 knots, reached on sprint demonstrations in safe, clear conditions. Inside the Marina canal, speed is strictly 5 knots (9 km/h) — Marina Authority rules, no exceptions.

The Arabian Gulf is generally calm October–April with 0.2–0.8m swell. July–September can see 1–2m Gulf swell — our captains advise at booking. DMCA-licensed captains, life jackets for all, EPIRB, VHF radio, and AED 5M insurance cover every trip.

Bow seating is available and popular for photography. At high speed the bow can be wet — expect spray. Stern seating is the most comfortable position at cruise speed. The captain advises on positioning based on conditions and sea state.

Not without a valid UAE or internationally recognised boat licence. Our DMCA-licensed captain operates the vessel throughout. UAE commercial maritime law requires a licensed operator on all charter vessels.

Yes — we carry life jackets in all sizes including infants. Captains adjust speed for groups with young children. Speed boats are not recommended for infants under 1 year due to vibration and spray. For families with very young children, consider our larger cabin yachts.

With 2m+ swell, the captain may reduce speed significantly or recommend switching to a larger cabin vessel. In extreme conditions, departure is rescheduled — full refund or free reschedule, no penalties. Your captain monitors conditions the night before and will contact you if there's any concern.
