Open Gulf: As loud as the DJ system allows (no curfew). Inside Marina canal: Background levels after 10 PM (Marina Authority rules). Most 3–4 hour parties are primarily in open Gulf where you can party as loud as you want.

Yes — on the deck. Most 55 ft+ vessels have an open aft deck suitable for dancing. Vessels with flybridge have a secondary elevated social area. Our captains ensure safe positioning for deck activities.

Our largest vessel (Dream Voyager 101 ft) holds 50 guests. For groups over 50, we arrange two coordinated vessels departing together. Vessel maximum capacity is legal — we don't exceed it for any reason.

No minimum spend beyond the base charter rate. BYOF and BYOB mean you control catering costs entirely. Unlike hotel venues with F&B minimums, you only pay for the yacht time and any add-ons you choose.
