All private charters have a 2-hour minimum. The 2-hour option starts from AED 900 (Silver Wind 27 ft, up to 6 guests). Most clients choose 3–4 hours to see the main landmarks.

Yes. BYOF and BYOB (alcohol for guests 21+) permitted. Coolers, ice and serving ware are provided onboard. Catering packages available as an add-on.

All passengers present a valid passport or Emirates ID at boarding. A passenger manifest is submitted to the UAE Coast Guard before departure as required by UAE maritime law.

Yes. All quoted prices include 5% UAE VAT. No additional charges at booking or at the dock.

Our Commercial Operating Licence is issued by DMCA and verifiable at dmca.ae/operators. We provide the licence number on request at booking stage.

We substitute with an equivalent or upgraded vessel at the same price. If no suitable vessel is available, a full refund is issued immediately.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure. 25% fee within 48–24 hours. 50% fee within 24 hours. New Year's Eve bookings have stricter terms. Weather cancellations: full refund or free reschedule.
